Caldic is starting its operations in Baltics and is looking for pro-active and self – driven

 

Customer Development Manager in Lithuania

to be responsible for direct commercial sales activities, maintaining and expanding relationships with customers and prospects.

 

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Accountable for Sales Revenue and Material Margin for selected customers
  • Set strategies and targets for long term growth of customers in sub-segment
  • Responsible for prices and quotation for own customer pool
  • Ownership of customers for selected accounts incl. lead generation, initial customer contact and customer visits, contract management and deal closure
  • Responsible for elaborating and following of account planning for key customers
  • Plan and forecast segment sales in joint meetings with marketing, share information with supply chain
  • Gain and analyze complete market insight, indicators and trends of the assigned market segment and its (potential) customers

 

What is expected:

  • At least 2 -3 years relevant commercial experience preferably in food industry
  • University degree and relevant professional knowledge
  • Outstanding communication skills in English and Lithuanian
  • Interest in business development from company starting point
  • Commercial/ financial awareness and consultative sales approach
  • Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Result focused, independent, trustworthy, and curious personality
  • Passion for food industry
